Craig Wright has provided proof in the form of cryptographic signatures that match those on the Bitcoins mined by the elusive, Satoshi Nakamoto. The digital currency Bitcoin’s mysterious founder who went by the name Satoshi Nakamoto till 2nd May 2016 has revealed his real name and identity as Craig Wright.
During an interview Australian Entrepreneur Craig wright has provided proof in the form of cryptographic signatures that match those on Bitcoins mined by the elusive Satoshi Nakamoto.
Bitcoins are now popularly used by online users to transact money and store their money in more efficient and profitable manner without losing its value in transaction. Bitcoins are widely used on Internet by major online stores, banking /payment gateways, major companies like Dell, Microsoft and many are following the way.
By going public, Mr Craig Wright hopes to put an end to the press speculation about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. The New Yorker, Newsweek and many other media organisations have conducted long investigations seeking Bitcoin’s creator and named many different people as possible founder.
Craig Wright has earlier speculated to be the founder of Bitcoin by Wired and Gizmodo but concrete evidence was absent and has come to light by now.
